Job Opportunity: Yard Operative at PGE Landscaping Ltd

PGE Landscaping Ltd, a leading commercial landscaping contractor based in Alvechurch, near Birmingham (B48 7DG), is seeking a dedicated and proactive Yard Operative to join our dynamic team.

 Position Details:

• Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Pay: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Location: Alvechurch, Birmingham

 Key Responsibilities: As a Yard Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our yard. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining a tidy and safe yard environment.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking and packing stock orders.
• Storing plant and machinery and reporting any damages.
• Performing mechanical repairs (if qualified and able).
• Keeping accurate records as directed.
• Collaborating with operations and maintenance staff.
• Adhering to company health and safety procedures.
• Ensuring the safe operation of the work area.
• Following all work practices and instructions as directed.
• Accurately complete weekly stocktakes
