We had our garden fully re done 10 days ago, as planned by PGE Landscapes (works comprised removal of spoil/rubble, fresh topsoil delivered & new turf laid)

I have to say that the work has been done to a very high standard & to our complete satisfaction!

The PGE Customer Care Team (headed up by their Site Supervisor Mark, and his Manager Steve) have done a truly wonderful job & treated us with the upmost respect & professionalism. Full credit to them.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thanks for the efforts from PGE over the past week or so at our site in Smethwick in readiness for the Show home launch. I went into site on Saturday morning and whilst walking round with the Owner of the development, we asked one of our most trusted direct site employees how things had gone.  He couldn’t praise your guys enough, explaining that nothing was too much trouble and they strived to achieve everything they could.  This was a welcomed and unprompted compliment, to which I have thanked Dave today onsite and would like to pass on my thanks to you too.  Thank you!!!

Dion and his colleague have been out today to lay some turf on our garden following a catastrophe of events. Both your guys were hugely professional, polite and knowledgeable. The turf was laid properly and looks amazing. Not only did they lay the turf well they had to wait from 0900 to 1530 before the turf even arrived, working past their finish time to get the job done.

Please pass on our thanks to Dion and his colleague. It has been refreshing to have dealt with your company given the previous issues we have had.

Dear Steve,

Thanks for your call today, but I can confirm that the repairs needed to my fence have been completed albeit not tested yet due to reasonable weather. Also I would like to just extend my gratitude and appreciation to the gentlemen that attended.

I have planted my garden up, so I was a little worried when they said they had to get on the garden to get access to the fence. However I had no need to be. They were absolutely brilliant, I have very old roses that I cannot replace, which I explained, they didn’t even damage a bud on the roses. All of the flowers and plants were not affected at all.  I was really impressed not only with their work ethic, but with their manors, professionalism whilst being friendly.
