Bellway Homes

We are very pleased to announce that we’ve been awarded a new site by Bellway Homes. Branston Leas comprises of 113 plots plus a large Public Open Space along with the Sales Arena.

We have successfully completed the Sales Arena for Hayfield Homes at their new site in Southam, Warwickshire. This was completed on time, to budget and resulted in a delighted client.

The third Sales Arena for February was completed for Bellway Homes at their Royal Park site in Nuneaton. With only 5 days to get the area ready it went to the wire.

Customer Care Manager

We’re very excited to announce that Persimmon Homes have awarded us the Grounds Maintenance contract for their Meadow View site in Redditch.

McCarthy & Stone renew their Grounds Maintenance contracts for two of their flagship developments showing our commitment to quality and service. As we will always strive to assist our clients where ever possible. This was prevalent at a site in Hagley for McCarthy and Stone where they required additional work to match the existing. We had to source and have fabricated bespoke metal railings to match existing railings along with 60+m of V Mesh security fencing along a public footpath that wrapped around the development.

We have also sent two of our Contract Managers on their SSSTS training this month of which they passes with flying colours.
